Weather may influence delivery times (We do not operate our equipment in heavy rain or lightning as it poses a risk of damaging equipment.) Heavy snow fall or ice can impact delivery times on topographic or improvements surveys. We must be able to see the utility locate marks, improvements, utility meters or valves, and other things that may be hidden by snow cover.
Payment in full, prior to start of services: Cash or Check only. We reserve the right to hold the survey until payment has cleared the business account. delay of funds clearing may delay the issuance of survey.
Quotes given are valid for 5 business days. Request for contract or notice to proceed given outside of 5 business days are subject to scheduling.Â
